This week’s episode I go back to the American War of Independence to complain about the lack of Naval history in comparrison to the land battles and how Britain is fighting a larger global war.
Thank you for a succinct account of Admiral Hood and the Royal Navy at St. Kitts. I vote for more age of sail content for what it's worth. After all England pretty much dominated naval warfare for something like 400 years, especially the period from 1700 to 1815. The number of historical novels it inspired, of which many I have read along with various histories is worth the time for you to maybe inspire a new generation of enthusiasts.
